PAYMENT METHODS
All prices are in Australian Dollars and, for Australian delivery destinations, include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Eyeball Nation accepts Bankcard, Visa Card and Mastercard.
If your delivery destination is outside Australia, the GST component of each product price will be deducted from your invoice total. You are, however, responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any government agency including and without limitation any customs duty, goods and serviced tax or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.
All purchases are presumed to be by the owner and primary user of the credit card they are using and Eyeball Nation does not take responsibility for any unauthorised credit card transaction on this website by a minor or other unauthorised user of the credit card.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
At present Eyeball Nation ships both nationally and internationally via Australia Post.
TIMES and COSTS
Eyeball Nation uses Australia Post delivery service. The delivery times are indicative ONLY and Eyeball Nation will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.
Within Australia delivery is 7-21 working days depending on your location, at a flat rate of $7.50 (<1kg) Australiawide.
Deliveries can be made to PO Boxes and for security reasons this is the preferred method. If delivery is to a home or work address, please use a daytime address and phone number (work or home) to ensure someone is available to collect your order.
Outside Australia - For delivery destinations outside Australia please allow up to 30 days delivery. We use standard Australia Post Air Mail services at $10.00 for up to 500g (NZ/Asia Pacific) and $12.50 for up to 500g (rest of the world).
We will not post any order until we have confirmation that your credit card details are true and correct and payment has been received.
INSURANCE
Eyeball Nation does not insure deliveries as a matter of course, and no compensation is available should your uninsured order be lost or damaged in transit.
Eyeball Nation cannot guarantee Australia Post deliveries. We do, however, keep mailing receipts for every item posted. Should you wish to insure your items for delivery Australia Post has a range of charges and services available. You may need to contact us for relevant charges if required.
Eyeball Nation chooses to print on Gildan products which includes the Bella range. Gildan is the only North American manufacturer guaranteeing no harmful chemicals or materials are used in the raw materials or manufacturing process. Their exclusive BIOTOP wastewater treatment system uses gravity and microorganisms to virtually eliminate all dyes and chemicals. The resulting wastewater is recycled and shared with local agri-businesses.
Gildan is the world's only basic apparel manufacturer to have achieved accreditation by the FAIR LABOUR ASSOCIATION of their labour compliance program. This eliminates the use of sweatshops, child labour and forced labour. Gildan promise their products are made in ethically sound and safe facilities.
Aside from direct investments, Gildan donates generously to youth education and humanitarian aid projects.

COLOURS
Colours in the product details are a guide only and the actual apparel and print colours may look different in real life, on your screen and on someone else's screen. This is unavoidable using this medium to display our product but every effort has been made to describe these colours as best as possible.
SIZES
Use the size charts as a guide to sizing, keeping in mind that some variations can occur between styles. The measurements offered (in centimetres) are HALF CHEST (armpit to armpit) and CENTRE BACK (back neckline to back base hem). It is best to use a t-shirt or fleece you have at home that fits you well to be sure of matching a size on the chart. Accurate sizing from the size charts depends on the accuracy of your measurements.
If a fault or damage to your item of clothing has been overlooked prior to dispatch, Eyeball Nation will happily replace the item providing it is returned in its original packaging with swing tags attached, unworn and unwashed, within a 14 day (2 week) period of receiving goods. We are unable to exchange garments that are the incorrect size or colour SO PLEASE CHOOSE GARMENTS CAREFULLY.
Our Returns Process is outlined below:
Eyeball Nation must receive notification of intention to return faulty goods within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Notification must be sent by email to info@eyeballnation.com along with an explanation of the fault.

- Please ensure you include your Order ID# and a note specifying the fault. Exact replacement is subject to availability so please indicate a 2nd choice in the same range.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once we receive the returned goods.
- After inspection of the returned goods, we will send an exact replacement subject to availability and, where indicated, will try to fulfil the customers request in their 2nd choice.
- Replacement items will be sent back to the customer via Australia Post services at the customers cost. Any other method of postage or couriering will also be at the customers cost.

When you buy netball clothing online at eyeballnation.com we ask you for such details as address, phone number and all the necessary information to complete the transaction eg: credit card numbers and expiry date etc. These details are used to process your order and allow us to provide the best possible customer service. We DO NOT keep your credit card details.
Eyeball Nation will not use or disclose your personal information without your consent unless legally required to do so. We will not email you in the future without your consent.
We may use technology to track patterns of purchasing behaviour and gather demographic statistics of visitors to our site.
